UthMpact's goal is to promote a fun and safe prom night. Our students from the UthMpact Coalition began Project Prom in 2013. Project Prom, through generous donations from our community, has the opportunity to provide formal wear, shoes and accessories to High School students.  The students who receive Prom attire make a pledge to choose wisely and commit to refrain from alcohol, drugs and other risky behaviors. Unfortunately, for some teens the expense makes attending prom out of reach, we are thankful for the opportunity to give back to the community through this project, helping our peers and families in need. From our inception in 2013, Project Prom has grown to encompass multiple shopping days, having the opportunity to give away over 1,500 dresses and suits for Prom attire.
